Fruited Chicken Salad




2 cups chicken, cooked and cubed
3/4 cup celery, sliced thin
3/4 cup seedless grapes, sliced
3/4 cup fresh peaches, cubed
1/4 cup red onion, minced
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup yogurt
1 tablespoon honey
Fine Celtic Sea Salt to taste



In a bowl, combine chicken, celery, grapes, peaches, and red onion. Toss gently.

Whisk mayonnaise, yogurt, and honey together, and pour over the salad. Add salt to season and stir gently.

Refrigerate until ready to serve.
