I don’t like those pb and banana sandwiches that were popular in the 60’s (not that I’m old enough to know). And I didn’t think I would like this smoothie either. I wouldn’t even have tried it except that my daughter found it in a recipe book we borrowed from the library and decided to make it without my knowledge. I’m so glad she did! It’s become one of our favorites.
We never measure the ingredients, so feel free to tweak these measurements to your taste.
3 cups milk
6 frozen bananas
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 cup natural peanut butter
