Ingredients

1 cup plain yogurt

1 quart strawberries, hulled

1 frozen banana, broken into chunks

2 mangoes or peaches, cut up and pitted

8 ice cubes

Directions

Pour the yogurt into a blender and add the strawberries, banana, and mangoes (or peaches).  Blend until smooth and then add the ice cubes, one at a time.  Serve right away.
